Project Technical Specialist II at DA - NFRDI
Developing and supporting Climate Information Services for the fisheries sector under the FishCoRe project. Work includes web and mobile system development, PostgreSQL/PostGIS database design, weather and geospatial data integration, API development, automated data processing, and location-based climate and fisheries advisories. Also supports technical planning, stakeholder coordination, workshops, and implementation activities for pilot municipalities.
