App accounts are available by invitation. Keep your sign-in details private, use your own account, and tell me promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. Your access may be limited or revoked if it is no longer needed, creates a security concern, or is used in a way that breaches these terms.

Use the site and app lawfully and only for their intended purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse another person’s account, or submit material that you do not have the right to share.

Do not submit passwords, API keys, private credentials, or confidential client information unless you are authorized to share it and the relevant workflow specifically calls for it.

You remain responsible for the information, links, and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and authority needed to provide it. I may use submissions to respond to you, assess a job application, or manage the specific task or account activity for which you provided them. Unless a page says otherwise, the Ship with Ian name, website text, visual design, and original materials are owned by Ian Labicani or used with permission. You may browse the site and share links to its public pages. Do not copy, republish, or commercially use site materials without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Project names, logos, code, images, and other materials may belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not transfer ownership or grant a license.

The site may link to third-party websites or use third party services for features such as email delivery and optional chat. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. I am not responsible for content or practices on external sites.

I work to keep the site and app available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Website descriptions and information may change. Information on the site is general and is not legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the site and app are provided as available, without warranties that the law allows me to exclude. Nothing in these terms removes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

I may update these terms as the site and app change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. If you continue using the site or an invited account after an update, the updated terms apply to that use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, subject to any consumer or other rights that applicable law does not allow me to limit.
