Fisheries CIS
An information system that made climate and fisheries updates easier to read and act on in the field.
PostgresLeafletReactLaravelGIS
Problem
Critical information was being shared in ways that were hard to scan quickly, especially for users working in changing field conditions.
Solution
I designed a simpler hierarchy, clearer alert presentation, and easier access to the most important advisories.
Lessons learned
- 01
When information is urgent, the interface must be immediate.
- 02
Field users need fast scanning more than they need decorative detail.
- 03
Good hierarchy can make important updates feel accessible instead of overwhelming.
