Form to CRM Follow-up

After this module you can capture leads with a hosted form, log them in a Google Sheets CRM, and follow up automatically.

What it does

A hosted n8n form at /form/work-with-me collects name, email, company, need, budget and details. Each submission is normalized and scored (priority: high for budgets over $5k), saved to a CRM sheet (deduplicated by email), and gets an instant personalized welcome email. Two days later, an automatic follow-up goes out.

Flow

Contact Form → Normalize Lead → Save to CRM (Sheets) → Send Welcome Email (Gmail) → Wait 2 Days → Send Follow-up (Gmail)

Verification status

• Form rendering + field mapping/normalization: tested on n8n 2.43.6 (a real submission was checked in the execution data).
• Sheets, Gmail and the Wait: need your Google credentials. Run WITH_CREDS=1 TEST_EMAIL=you@example.com ./test/test.sh.
