Start from workflow/starter.json (triggers, routing, parsing, matches) or your finished lesson workflow.

Exercise 1: Alert the assigned agent

Task: Replace Alert Agent (Exercise 1) with an SMS or email to the assigned agent: lead name, contact, property, intent, timeframe, pre-approval, and whether the instant reply went out.

Done when: a new lead pings the right agent (round robin) within a minute.

Exercise 2: Stop the drip when they reply

Task: Automatically call the stop endpoint when the lead replies by email or texts back.

Done when: replying to the instant email (or texting the Twilio number) stops the drip; a lead texting "STOP" is stopped with reason opt-out.

Hint

Email: a Gmail Trigger on your inbox filtered to replies, extract the sender, POST to re/lead/stop. SMS: point your Twilio number's incoming-message webhook to a new n8n Webhook, read From and Body, and POST to re/lead/stop with phone.

Exercise 3: Real listings from a Google Sheet

Task: Replace the demo listings in Settings with a Google Sheet your team maintains.

Done when: adding a row to the sheet makes it eligible as a similar-home match.

Hint

Read the sheet once per run (Sheets Get Row(s)) before Match Listings, and have the Code node use those rows instead of s.listings. Keep the same column names.

Stretch: SMS in the drip

Add an SMS to the day-1 step for leads with a phone number (and only if they haven't opted out).
